Environmental Assessment for 40 - mile pipeline (Weld County, Colorado)

• Quandary (QC) was hired to conduct a wetland, wildlife, and waters of the U.S. assessment along a 40-mile pipeline ROW in Weld County, Colorado.

• A QC senior biologist conducted wetland determinations, delineations, and prepared a USACE nationwide permit application for the project.

• Advised the client on avoidance strategies which included re-routing portions of the pipeline and boring under two river crossings.

• Responsible for environmental oversight, monthly discharge reporting, and dewatering design for two borings under river crossings.
