  • A QC Senior Environmental Scientist served as project manager for the development of the NEPA Environmental Assessment for the launch site operator license.

  • Provided overall direction for the NEPA document and provided oversight for the preparation of the EA.

  • Responsible for responding to agency comments

  • Worked closely with the FAA to see the document through completion and issuance of the launch site operator license.

  • Conducts regular and on call sampling at various outfalls

  • Reviews all laboratory sampling result and provides guidance on effluent limitation standards
